The Barber Shop is Proud to have been nominated for an award at the 2025 HBA's, The Hair and Beauty Awards are the biggest industry awards in the UK, and in the later part of 2025 Bryan was named as a finalist in the Barber of the year category. The final was a black tie gala event at the ICC in Birmingham where the brightest and the best of our industry joined famous faces for a night of great food entertainment and obviously awards. Thousands of entrants take part in the HBA's so to be a finalist is a great achievement on its own, and to be officially recognised as one of the top 100 Barbers in The UK, We couldn't be prouder and grateful for the industry recognition for all the hard work and dedication we put in as a team. Thank you to all our amazing customers who without them we wouldn't be doing what we love, 57 years and counting The Barber Shop has been doing what it does best and being so much more than just a place to get a trim, That decades of success is down to each and every one of our barber shop family of clients who trust us time and time again. Bryan Has been at the barber shop for over 10 years and owns the business. He’s Fully Qualified in Barbering and advanced barbering. He has great passion for the industry and getting the best out of his team for our customers who he describes as a second family, he also finds teaching and giving opportunities to new barbers most rewarding. He works full time doing 5 days a week in the shop,

Donna Has been with us for 4 years and was a qualified ladies hairdresser and made the move into barbering, she’s an energetic member of the barber shop family who is qualified in barbering and ladies hairdressing she loves doing perms and having a good laugh with our customers, Donna is part time and works 3 days a week in the shop

Jack Joined us in 2024 He qualified in barbering earlier that year from west Lancashire college and has been a customer here for many years. He spent many a time talking with Bryan whilst getting a trim about starting in the industry and with some guidance and assistance from Bryan Jack is now no longer a customer but part of our team. He works Full time doing 5 days a week in the shop Mon,Tue,Thurs,Fri,Sat.
